The location of the hotel was excellent, with a bus stop and the city center just a short distance away. It was also conveniently close to the major attractions in the city and the SMN train station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate kitchenette and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations for restaurants in the area.
The wifi connection in the hotel was occasionally slow or would get disconnected.

all good — i liked my stay — food was good and my bed was comfortable. the rooms were warm and cosy with huge bathrooms. they made my stay enjoyable. fairly clean and incredibly beautiful hotel in porta al prato district. the restaurant was nice, and staff efficient.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it is stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, has cool location really near the city centre. The delicious breakfast had a lot of meals and the food I tasted was reasonably priced.

We had a whirlwind stay in Florence and chose the Residence Porta Al Prato for our accommodation. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and despite the need for a little ventilation, the hotel provided a refreshing breeze. While the location was a bit further from the tourist attractions, it allowed us to experience the old-style charm of Italy. The proximity to grocery stores, ATMs, and the train station was convenient. we found the hotel to be nice, with friendly staff and ample amenities nearby. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was exactly as described on the website. The mattresses were excellent, providing us with a comfortable sleep. The newly added windows with the climate system kept the inside temperature of the room pleasant and allowed for a quiet sleep, even though it was 38 degrees outside. The parking facilities, located inside a gated courtyard with cameras, provided us with a safe place to park our car. The location was perfect, with a short 20-minute walk to the historical center of the city. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, including a nice pizzeria just a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel, particularly the manager at the desk, were extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved staying at this hotel, located just outside the busy area of the town. The staff at the reception desk were wonderful and very helpful. We appreciated being able to enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival and the free tours and ticket assistance. Our room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, a balcony, and a dining table.
We highly recommend this place.

The room was spacious and had a great view. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.
The room decor was a bit outdated and not as nice as shown in the photos. the air conditioning in the room was quite old and didn't seem to work properly.

Convenient location near train station and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff provided useful information about transportation. Well-equipped apartment with spacious rooms and a bonus bathtub. On-site parking available. Enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. 👍
